According to the information received, the deceased was identified as Kanaiyalal, who was running a tailoring shop in the city. The deceased youth posted a post on social media in which he confirmed Nupur Sharma's statement about the Prophet.


Two videos are going viral on social media after the murder of young Kanaiyalal. It is believed that the killers themselves have made live videos to create the same fear. According to police sources, the incident took place in Bhoot Mahal area of ​​Dhanmandi area of ​​Udaipur. Kanaiyalal was running a tailoring shop. Meanwhile, two Muslim youths came on a bike to sew clothes and started taking measurements.

It was during this time that he was attacked and killed. Ishwar Singh, an injured colleague of the deceased shopkeeper, is undergoing treatment at the MB Hospital in Udaipur in critical condition. The incident in Udaipur had spread fear among traders. Shopkeepers have expressed outrage by keeping shops closed. Kanaiyalal had been receiving threats for some time regarding the Facebook post so he could not dare to open a shop. Once you open the shop with courage, you are killed.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has appealed to the people of both the parties to maintain peace. Condemning the brutal murder of a young man in Udaipur, he tweeted about severe punishment for the culprits involved in the incident.
