This year, Neom introduced Siranna, a new vacation spot in northwest Saudi Arabia. A fusion of innovation and luxury, Siranna's architects have focused on protecting the environment. Here, an area like mountains and forest area will be created. Along with this, recently the Saudi Crown Prince has announced a special project Ghidori for golf. Gidori will be developed as a private golf community.

Neom's Zenor project is being developed with the vision of building a shopping mall of the world. The project includes private pools, beach side relaxation lounges, fine dining, special entertainment venues and world class amenities. Oxagon

The floating port will be the world's largest floating structure to connect ocean-going vessels

Oxago, on the Red Sea coast near the Saudi Arabian city of Duba, is planned as a floating port city to connect ships traveling on the Suez Canal. This unique octagonal port has been designed by a Danish studio. The city is planned partly on land and a large part in the sea. According to Neom's developers, this off-shore section will be the world's largest floating structure when completed. The city will have port facilities along with Kz Tunnel and Samudrasha Research Centre. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that Oxagon will redefine the world's approach to industrial development in the future, creating jobs while protecting the environment and contributing to the growth of the economy.

Norla

Home to 30000 inhabitants including 711 will be built on the coast

Located on the Gulf of Aqaba coast, Norlana aims to be the benchmark of luxurious lifestyle in the world. In Norlana 711 houses have been built along the coast. Along with this, the marina and the golf course in the mountains are the center of attraction. This coastal yachting town of around 30,000 residents is designed around the natural beauty of the water and mountains.

Trojan

330 meters high high-rise building where the 2029 Asian Winter Games will be held

'Trojana' is being developed as a ski and adventure resort in the mountains of Saudi Arabia's Tabuk region, about 50 kilometers from the Gulf of Aqaba. The resort gained global attention in 2022 when it was announced that it had won the bid to host the 2029 Asian Winter Games. Many well-known architecture firms of the world are working in this project. German studio Lava has prepared its master plan. In which, the city is built around an unofficial lake. A ski resort is designed on top of a mountain. The attraction will be a 330-metre-tall high-rise building called Discovery Tower, designed by UK studio Zaha Hadid Architects. The plan features hotels and other attractions designed by architecture studios including UN Studio, Edas, Meccano and Bureau Probates.

Leja

A luxurious hotel inside the valley

Leja is one of six hotel resorts built on the Gulf of Aqaba. It will feature three luxurious high-end boutique hotels designed by Shaun Killa, Mario Cucinella and Chris van Duijn. The hotels will be located inside a 400m high walled canyon, with steps on the hillside designed in an adventure hotel design. Italian architect Cucinella is to design a hotel called 'Oasis'. In which geometric designs will emerge from the rocks. While the founder of Qilla Design will design a hotel called 'Qilla Wellness'. It will have mirrors on the outside just like The Line.

Sindalah

88 villas 413 rooms 333 apartments

Sindalah is the first of Neom's 10 cities to be built, a luxurious island resort. which is being built in the Red Sea near the planned site of 'The Line'. According to Neom's developers, the island resort is being designed by Italian superyacht and architecture studio Luca Dini Design & Architecture. Sindalah will welcome its first guests this year itself. The resort will consist of three major hotels with 413 rooms and 88 villas, with 333 apartments. which will be built around a marina and several golf courses. Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said Sindlah would be Neom's first luxury island and yacht club destination in the Red Sea. which will provide a scenic gateway to the Red Sea and become a most attractive tourist destination. In which, tourists will be able to experience the true beauty of Neom and Saudi Arabia. Above and below the water, Sindlah will become a global hub for luxury travel.

Epicon

Two towers of 225 & 275 meters height will be constructed

Located on the northern coast of Saudi Arabia, Epicon aims to make residents feel like 'King' with super luxurious bungalows, beach villas and resorts. The property will have two towers. In which, one will be 225 meters high while the other will be 275 meters high. Both will have 41 top hotels and apartments.

utamo

It will become an epicenter of art and entertainment where artists will get a platform

'Utamo' is being developed as an art and entertainment venue in Neom. Located within the mountains of the Gulf of Aqaba, Utamo's event space is designed to host global artists, musical events, exhibitions and art events. Designed by Ricarda Bofill Taylor d'Architecture, the venue aims to combine traditional entertainment experiences with technology. The Saudi government is developing it as a future theater.
