Telangana: FIR registered against BJP state president Sanjay Kumar, makes derogatory remarks on CM

BJP leader Jitta Balakrishna Reddy has been arrested by Rachkonda police in Hyderabad, Telangana. At the same time, police have registered a case against BJP state president Bandi Sanjay Kumar for making derogatory remarks on Telangana CM.

According to the report, a case has been registered at Hayatnagar police station under sections 109 and 114, 504 and 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code. A man holding a constitutional position has been insulted, police said.

The social media wing of the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) approached the police and made allegations.

He said in the complaint that the BJP leaders had made false allegations against the Chief Minister and the government with the intention of spreading hatred and unrest to mislead the people. At the same time, government schemes have been discredited. A case has been registered against Bandi Sanjay, Jitta Balakrishna Reddy, Rani Rudrama, Boddu Yelanna, Daruvu Yelanna and their team at the Hayatnagar police station on the basis of a written complaint.
