Gangrape with 4 more girls in Hyderabad

- An orphan girl was also molested

The case of gang rape with a minor girl in Hyderabad is very much in the news these days. Every day an accused is being arrested in this case. The case is being politicized as the accused allegedly include a boy from a political family. Meanwhile, in Hyderabad, 4 more underage girls have come up with different cases of rape which has shaken the entire city. The first event is being shown on May 31. When a 12-year-old girl went missing on her way to her grandmother's house, she was raped by two men.

The girl was reported missing from Sultanshahi area on June 1 after family members lodged a complaint of her disappearance with the police station. The girl was taken to a friend's house in Kondurg by a cab driver, police said. There the two raped the girl and left her in the morning. The accused have been identified as Sheikh Kalim Ali, 36, and Mohammad Luqman Ahmed Yazdani. Police have arrested both the accused.

Another case involves a teenager working at a retail store. On May 31, 21-year-old Mohammed Sufian took the teenager home and raped her. The case came to light after the girl complained of abdominal pain. Kala Patthar police then arrested the accused.

On April 22, a minor girl from an orphanage was raped in a car. However, this phenomenon has now come to the fore. A 16-year-old girl went to a birthday party with the accused and allegedly molested him in a car under the pretext of buying a cake and talking to him. Police have also arrested 23-year-old Suresh on charges of raping a minor working at a photocopy shop. A case of rape was registered at Ramgopalpet police station.

In another case, the accused lured a minor girl to show the film, who is also a minor and had been in contact with the girl for a few months. The incident allegedly took place a month ago. The case was registered at Rajendra Nagar Circle Border Police Station.
