Now that the Taliban have established their grip on power in Afghanistan, they are talking about a very important issue in their relations with India. At present, economic activities in Afghanistan have come to a standstill. The Taliban government has not yet been recognized by the United Nations so it is appealing to all Muslim countries in the world, including Pakistan. The Taliban government wants the world to recognize and accept them.

"I have no problem re-establishing defense relations with India, but diplomatic relations between the two governments should be restored first," said Yakub, the Taliban's defense minister. The Taliban is ready to send Afghan security forces to India for training if relations between the two countries return to normal.

Mulla Yakub has asked the Indian government to open an Indian embassy in Kabul and allow the Taliban ambassador to run an Afghan embassy in New Delhi. Yakub said the Taliban was ready to guarantee any kind of security if India sent its diplomatic staff to Afghanistan.

India has trained Afghan security forces.

Proponents of the Taliban have called on the OIC to support the Taliban government. So that economic activities can start in Afghanistan. Formally

Training security forces is a big deal and it is surprising what is being said by the Taliban. India is already providing technical education to the Taliban. There are two groups in Afghanistan. One is pro-India and the other is pro-Pakistan.

An Indian delegation has visited Taliban-ruled Afghanistan for the first time. He has gone here to review on the basis of humanity. Earlier, India also met Taliban leaders in Doha. The meeting was held in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, on regional security issues and was attended by national security advisers and presidents from India, China, Iran, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval was in Dushanbe. There, he said, India has a special relationship with Afghanistan and will continue to do so.

Notably, India has historical and close ties with Afghanistan and India has invested heavily there since the first round of the Taliban. India has completed many schemes there, some of which are still incomplete, which if started by India will provide employment to many Afghans.

Notably, after the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, India also cut off diplomatic relations with the Taliban in other parts of the world and closed its embassy in Kabul.

Mulla Yakub: We do not come between India and Pakistan

Speaking on trilateral relations and regional security between India and Pakistan, Yakub stressed that "the Taliban government will not allow India and Pakistan to use their territory against each other." "We have no ties to Al Qaeda and the terrorist organization and Islamic State have been eliminated from Afghanistan," he said.

The Taliban's foreign ministry says it wants good relations with India as before and is ready to provide the necessary assistance.
