Party Get Scandal: Boris Johnson's Fifth Aide Resigns

Half of the party at the party gate has turned against Boris Johnson as the party's reputation is tarnished: Leadership questions

London : Afifth aide to British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has resigned in the wake of the Partygate scandal. The scandal has dealt another blow to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is trying to strengthen his weakened position. Elena Narzonski, another adviser to the No. 10 Downing Street policy unit, became the second adviser to resign, according to the ruling Conservative Party's website. Johnson's aides have resigned. Half of the party is said to be opposed to Boris Johnson, which has damaged the party's reputation in the party gate scandal. His leadership is being questioned. Johnson's longtime policy chief Munira Mirza , chief of staff Dan Rosenfield , principal private secretary Martin Reynolds , and communications Jack Doyle have all resigned by Thursday. Investigations revealed that not one but several parties were held at Ten Downing Street when the whole UK was facing a lockdown of Covid-18. Thus the rules of lockdown were blatantly violated by the Prime Minister himself.

"I know Narzonski as a very principled woman," said Nikki Da Costa, a former Downing Street aide. Business and Energy Secretary Greg Hands said Friday that Prime Minister Boris Johnson is going to reshuffle his Downing Street team following the controversy over the lockdown parties. In response to what was going on at Downing Street, Haynes said the resignations had been accepted.

Hugh Merriman, a senior Tory member of the House of Commons Transport Committee, said he was "deeply saddened" by the situation. He has told Johnson to step down if the situation does not improve. The resignation of the top aides has raised questions about Johnson's leadership within the party. Doyle told staff that the recent weeks have been "very dangerous" for my family life ,but in fact I wanted to step down two years later. A spokesman said Rosenfield had offered his resignation to the PM on Thursday , but had been told to stay in office until further notice. Reynolds, the PM's chief secretary, has been told the same thing. But he will return to his role in the Foreign Office. Mirza resigned following the prime minister's false claim that opposition Labor leader Sir Keir Starmer had failed to punish pedophiles when he was director of public prosecution.
