The night sleep of the passengers traveling in the train will no longer be bad. No traveling companion can talk loudly on a mobile phone or even listen to loud music while traveling. Indian Railways has taken an important decision keeping in view the convenience of the passengers. The railways will henceforth take action against such people due to complaints made by the pilgrims. Not only this, the responsibility of train staff will also be decided. In this regard, the Ministry of Railways has issued orders to all the zones so that the orders can be implemented with immediate effect.

According to the Railway Ministry, most of the passengers complained that their passengers were talking loudly on their mobiles or listening to music. There were also complaints that a group sitting in a coach had a loud discussion at night. Apart from that, there was also a complaint that the escort or maintenance staff of the railways were talking loudly during patrolling, which disturbed the sleep of the passengers. Apart from this, there was a controversy over keeping the lights on at night, a complaint of which was also received by the Railways.

In view of such problems faced by the passengers, Indian Railways has issued an important decision order. From now on any passenger can lodge a complaint in this regard on which the train staff will take immediate action. If the complaint is not settled, the responsibility of the railway staff will also be decided from now on. This command has been implemented with immediate effect.

- No passenger can talk loudly on mobile or listen to loud music, which disturbs the passenger.

- All the lights should be turned off leaving the night light at night, so that the sleep of the fellow traveler is not disturbed.

- Passengers traveling in groups cannot talk on the train until late at night. Complaints by fellow travelers will be dealt with.

- Checking staff, RPF, electrician, catering staff and maintenance staff will carry out their work peacefully at night so that passengers do not get in trouble.

- At the same time, the railway staff will provide immediate assistance to the elderly, disabled and single women above 60 years of age.
