Yahoo's report said that Narendra Modi's popularity has remained the same. Users searched for Narendra Modi's name on Yahoo throughout the year. After that, Virat Kohli was searched in the second position. Mamta Didi's popularity had increased.
Instead of Rahul Gandhi, Mamata Didi was the second most searched politician. He was also ranked third overall. Late actor Siddharth Shukla was fourth and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was fifth.
In 2021, farmers were in the news maker category. The peasant movement was number one throughout the year. Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan was arrested on drug charges. Aryan Khan News was the most searched after that incident. Raj Kundra's news was the third most searched news. The central budget and the black fungus were in the top.
Among the most searched celebrities are late actor Siddharth Shukla first, Salman Khan second, Allu Arjun third, late. Puneet Rajkumar was fourth and late Dilip Kumar was fifth.
