The court has been threatened over the Supreme Court's order to demolish a mosque in Pakistan. Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Sindh General Secretary Maulana Rashid Mahmood Soomro on Wednesday directed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Gulzar Ahmed and Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah to pass an order against the illegal construction of a mosque in Karachi.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the demolition of a mosque, dargah and a cemetery built on the land of Amenity Park near Tariq Road.

'No one dares to lay a single brick of a mosque'

A video of Maulana challenging the Supreme Court order is going viral on social media. In the video, they are saying, "Is this called the rule of Medina that the temple is safe and the Supreme Court has ordered the demolition of the mosque?" As long as we live, no one would dare to lay a single brick of a mosque. '

Threatening the court

The video, which went viral, is of a program in which Rashid Mahmood Soomro threatens the court by roaring, "If the mosque is not safe, your positions will not be safe, your offices will not be safe." If you have the courage, show it by tearing down the mosque, the mosque is not unclaimed. Whether it is Tariq Road or Madina Masjid, InshaAllah Jamiat will take care of it. We will rebel against the tyrant. To reach the mosque, one has to pass through the heads of the people of Jamiat.
