The number of active cases has come down to 1,8,8, the lowest in eight months

In the last two hours, 18,050 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 2,3,8,600. According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the national recovery rate has gone up to 7.50 per cent. The number of active cases has come down to 1,7,8. Which is the lowest case in the last eight months.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 4,8,12 so far, with six more people dying from the corona in the last three hours. For the 7th day in a row, the number of new cases of corona has been below 50,000. For the 12th day in a row, new cases of corona have been registered below 30,000. The number of active cases has decreased by 9 in the last 3 hours.

The daily positive rate has been 1.15%. Which has been below 2% for the last 3 days. While the weekly positive rate has been 1.15%. Which has been below 2% for the last 3 days. So far, the number of doses given for the vaccine has crossed 104.12 crore.

So far, a total of 2,8,16 people have died due to the corona. Of these, 1,30,16 deaths occurred in Maharashtra, 2,091 in Karnataka, 3,08 in Tamil Nadu, 21,619 in Kerala, 2,091 in Delhi, 2,200 in Uttar Pradesh and 12,17 in West Bengal.
