PM Modi arrives in Glasgow, will visit Boris Johnson, Learn the whole program

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Glasgow to participate in the 26th Corporation of Parties (COP26) on climate change. They will be in Glasgow on November 1 and 2. Meanwhile, he will also hold a bilateral meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday evening. When Prime Minister Modi landed in Glasgow, he was greeted by the Indian community present with the song 'Modi Hai Bharat Ka Gahna'.

The 26th Conference of the Parties (COP26), organized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), kicked off on Sunday in Glasgow, Scotland and will run until November 12. The summit is being attended by representatives from about 200 countries and will discuss ways to reduce emissions by 2030.

Prime Minister Modi will also address the summit. On Sunday, Gayatri Isar Kumar, India's High Commissioner to the UK, said PM Modi would launch two important initiatives there under the Coalition for Disaster Resilient Infrastructure and the International Solar Alliance. He said COP26 would be a multilateral program and besides that a meeting would also be held between PM Modi and British PM Boris Johnson. The meeting will also discuss the roadmap for 2030. In May, India-UK launched the 2030 Roadmap.

At the end of the summit on Monday, a reception will be held for guests at Scotland's famous Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Prime Minister Modi will also be involved. The reception will also be attended by members of the royal family, including Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Charles, his wife Camilla and Prince William, and his wife Kate Middleton.

- Will meet with British PM Boris Johnson from 7:15 to 7:30 p.m.

- Will meet the leaders at the Summit from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m.

- PM Modi's speech at about 9:45 p.m.

- Reception at 11:30 pm at Kelvingrow Art Gallery and Museum
