Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during Corona outbreaks in Kerala, where 12 cases of infectious Noro virus have been reported

Cases of norovirus have surfaced in Kerala amid the Koro epidemic. After the cases surfaced in Wayanad district, the Kerala government has said that people need to be vigilant against the virus. Infection with the virus causes vomiting and diarrhea. Two weeks ago, 12 students of a veterinary college in Wayanad district became infected with the virus.

Meanwhile, the Union Ministry of Health said in a statement that the number of doses of corona vaccine given in the country has crossed 111 crore. As many as 3 lakh doses of the vaccine were given by Friday evening.

In the last three hours, 12,615 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of cases of corona in the country has increased to 2,8,12,13, according to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health. The number of active cases has come down to 1,8,617.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 2,50,80 so far in the last three hours, with more than 201 people dying from the corona. For the ninth day in a row, the number of new cases of corona has been below 20,000. While for the 17th day in a row, new cases of Corona have been registered below 30,000. In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases has decreased by 1150.

The National Covid-12 recovery rate has been 7.5 per cent. Which is the highest since March, 2020. The daily positive rate has been 1.06 percent. Which has been below 2% for the last 3 days. While the weekly positive rate has been 1.10%. Which has been below 2% for the last 3 days. So far, the number of vaccinated doses has crossed 111 crore. Today, the death toll of Koros in 2011 is 218 in Kerala.
