Farmer leader Rakesh Tiket tweeted that if the government does not resolve the issues of farmers by November 9, then the farmers' agitation will intensify from November 9. On the 8th, farmers will take tractors from the villages and lay siege to Delhi and tents will be set up at the Delhi border again.
Giving an ultimatum to the central government, Rakesh Tiket said: "The central government is given time till November 8. After that, from November 8, farmers from all over the country will come to the Delhi border in tractors from villages and the capital will be cordoned off. With strong fortifications the movement will be made brighter. The tents will be stretched again.
Tiket said that an attempt to forcibly remove farmers from the Delhi border would not yield the right result. The farmer leader said government offices would be turned into a grain market if government officials coerced farmers.
The issue of removing the barricades from Ghazipur and Tikri border in Delhi is a bone of contention between the farmers' leaders and the government. The police are determined to open the way. When farmers do not agree to remove them. Farmer leaders said the agitation would continue until the government withdraws the new agricultural law. No condition other than that will be valid.
Rakesh Tiket alleged that the police were removing the barricades as well as breaking their tents. However, the Delhi Police had denied such allegations.
It may be mentioned that farmers have been protesting against the new agricultural law since November 8. The farmers have refused to accept any condition other than the demand to withdraw the agricultural law. Farmer leader Rakesh Tiket has given an ultimatum to the government for the second time in two days.
