Farmer leaders are adamant even after the Prime Minister announced the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws

- Leaders do not take the name of moving, but the number is declining from the Ghazipur border

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the withdrawal of all three agricultural laws. Though the leaders of the agitators are adamant about setting up camps on the Delhi border, they are not moving. On the other hand, the number of farmers across the Ghazipur border is declining. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait is the MSP. Guarantees have explicitly refused to move until their six-by-six demands, including the law, are met, but Tikait's talk does not seem to have much effect on farmers. Farmers' tents are still visible on the Ghazipur border but a large number of people have evacuated. Yet the peasant leaders are still firm. They don’t take the name of moving. He says that M.S.P. (Mini Sales Price) will be moved only after the law is passed.

Pawan Khatana, President, Meerut Mandal, Indian Farmers Union, said: We respect the decisions taken by Modi. Yet farmers are still not satisfied. Our fight has been going on for 40 years. It is about the farmers who must get enough money. This is an important issue but Modi has not said anything about it. Farmers' yields are only 'raided'. We have been sitting here for over a year. Farmers still have to pay Rs. 1000 or Rs. It is available only as per 1500. ' Saying this, Pawan Khatana said, "Then, should we also agitate here again about the minimum sales price?"

He said: "If the government should go one step further and announce this, we will thank the government and go back to our homes."

It is worth mentioning that: Lucknow also has a farmers' mahapanchayat. He has announced to hold demonstrations across the country on November 9. Not only that but they have written a letter to the Prime Minister stating their six demands and asking them to continue the agitation till it is fulfilled.
