An important American warship will come to India

India, US, Japan and Australian navies to hold joint war games in Bay of Bengal

New Delhi: US nuclear-armed aircraft Carl Vinson will join the second phase of Malabar war games. A joint military exercise between the navies of India, US, Japan and Australia will be held in the Bay of Bengal from October 12 to 15.

During the exercise, the four countries will demonstrate their frontline warships and other naval forces. In the second phase of Malabar study, Indian Navy INS Ranvijay and INS Satpuda will land.

Apart from this, a submarine as well as a P-81 type longrange aircraft in maritime patrol will also be involved from India. Commander Vivek Madhawal, spokesperson of the Indian Navy, said that the good relations between the four countries in the first phase of the Malabar exercise would be better after the second phase.

After landing at sea for the first time in 1983, the USS Carl Wilson has been part of many important American operations. These include Operation Desert Strike, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Southern Watch and Operation Enduring Freedom.

Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Helicopter Carrier J.S. Kaga and Murasam class destroyer J.S. Will perform Murasame. HMAS from the Royal Australian Navy Bellart and H.M.A.S. Sirius will be included.
