Shah Rukh's 'Mannat' completed: Son Aryan Arthur Road released from jail

Welcome remarks as if winning a big battle

He also had to spend Friday night in jail for not completing the legal process on time

MUMBAI: Actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan, who was arrested in the Mumbai Cruiseship Rave Party case, was today released from Arthur Road Jail. Aryan's imprisonment was completed in the morning after all the formalities for bail were completed. Shah Rukh's fans thronged outside the Arthur Road Jail and Aryan's residence 'Mannat' bungalow.

Mannat, on the other hand, also had an attempt to steal from the crowd of fans. The police took them fast. The Sensation spread on October 2 when the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided a high profile rave party at a luxurious sea cruise ship near Mumbai and arrested another accused, including Aryan.

The court finally granted bail to Aryan on Thursday in the drug case. But Aryan's release order did not reach the jail till last evening. So Pum Aryan had to spend Friday night in jail.

Aryan's bail documents were kept in a bail box outside the jail. Prison officials came out early this morning. He revealed the bail box and obtained a copy of bail.

The bail process was later started. All proceedings were then completed at approximately 10.30am. Aryan was finally released from jail at 11am. Father Shah Rukh also rushed out of the jail to pick up his son Aryan. After Aryan came out of jail, he left for Mannat Bungalow with Shah Rukh's bodyguard.

A police cordon was set up outside the Arthur Road Jail and Shah Rukh's residence. There was a feeling of happiness in Shah Rukh's 'fans'. The Mannat bungalow was also illuminated. Shah Rukh and Aryan's friends and family were present at his residence. The drums were loudly announced by the fans to welcome the Aryans.

However, there were some messages circulating on social media about the atmosphere for Aryan's welcome. Aryan Khan's return from the border was criticized by many who welcomed him. Earlier, actress Juhi Chawla had filed a bail bond by giving Aryan's security. The court has asked Aryan to abide by the required rule after getting bail.

Investigation of cruise ship rave party case likely to be handed over to NIA

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is likely to be tasked with investigating the Aryan drugs case, which has been circulating across the country, including Mumbai. The high-profile drugs case is said to be linked to an international racket. Questions were also raised about the NCB's proceedings.

If the matter is handed over to the NIA, there may be protests by the NCB. The NCB had earlier claimed that Aryan's mobile phone records were linked to an international drug racket. Thus, considering the risk to the country, the NIA may be involved in the investigation.
