Srinagar: A Toiba militant was shot dead by the Army in Sopiyan, Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter took place during a search operation in Rakhama village here.

In Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, a resident of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir POK was arrested by the army. The man was trying to cross the LOC when he fell into the hands of the army.

A POK resident was arrested near Mendhar river in Balnoi area of ​​LOC. However, an investigation is underway as to why this person crossed the LOC. At the same time more details were also collected. No evidence has emerged so far that he was a terrorist.

A Toiba militant was captured by the Army in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorist, identified as Shamim Sophie, was nabbed from the Niklura area of ​​south Kashmir. Weapons and other explosives were also recovered from him.
