Like oxygen, electricity was also man-made during Corona: Jain

New delhi date. 3

Amid fears of a two-day blackout in the wake of the power crisis in Delhi, Delhi's Energy Minister Satyendra Jain has alleged that the power crisis, like the oxygen crisis, is man-made. On the other hand, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address the power crisis in Delhi.

Satyendra Jain, the energy minister in the Delhi government, said the second wave of the Corona epidemic, which created an oxygen crisis, was man-made. A similar power crisis is now being witnessed across the country. The crisis has been caused by the cut off of coal supply. He said that as many coal-fired power plants as there are in the country, there has been a shortage of coal for the last few days. The central government arranges railway wagons to deliver coal to the power plant as soon as possible.

He said this is a man-made crisis. The politics is such that if you create a crisis first and then work, people will think that something big has happened. This country produces coal. The country has power plants and we have the capacity to produce three and a half times more than the demand. So I think this is a man-made crisis.
