Govt eases sanctions and risks corona transition due to festivals ઃ Dr. Guleria

Delhi AIIMS director Randeep Guleria has again warned about Corona ahead of the festive season. "We still need to be vigilant for six to eight weeks," he said. Only then will the number of corona cases in the country decrease. Festivals are starting soon. On the other hand, as the government has eased sanctions, the risk of Koro transition has increased.

In the last three hours, 4.5 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 4,5,8,205. According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the national recovery rate has come down to 7.5 per cent.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 6,7,8 so far, with six more people dying from the corona in the last three hours. The number of active cases has come down to 2,3,8. Which is the lowest case in last 15 days.

The daily positive rate has been 1.6 per cent. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days. While the weekly positive rate has been 1.50%. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days.

In the last 3 hours, 4 people have died due to corona. Out of which 14 deaths have occurred in Kerala and 4 deaths in Maharashtra. The number of doses of corona vaccine given in the country so far has crossed 20 million.

Meanwhile, the government today said it had received 25 million doses of Covishield from the Serum Institute of India and 31 million doses of Covacin from Bharat Biotech till September 15.
