Corona to 30 students from Mumbai Medical College, including 28 who were vaccinated


The first dose of the vaccine was given to 69 percent of the country's adult population

Corona's new 23,529 cases: 311 more deaths, active cases below 195 days

New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 23,529 new cases of corona virus have been reported. A further 311 people were killed. The number of active cases, on the other hand, dropped to 2,77,020, the lowest in the last 195 days.

Meanwhile, the total death toll rose to 4,48,062. The recovery rate also reached 97.85 per cent. On the other hand, 30 students of a medical college in Mumbai have been hit by a corona. Of these, 28 students received both corona vaccines. According to figures released by the central government, 69 per cent of the adult population in India has taken a single dose of the covid vaccine. While 25 percent of adults have taken both doses of the vaccine.

Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan said 64.1 per cent dose of corona vaccine has been given in rural areas. While in urban areas 35 per cent of the dose was given. The corona virus has killed 311 people in the last 24 hours, with 155 cases in Kerala alone and 49 in Maharashtra.

The corona virus has killed 4,48,062 people across the country so far. Of these, Maharashtra alone has 1,39,011 cases. Meanwhile, the corona report of 30 students at KEM Hospital in Mumbai came back positive. Following which, doctors and patients are being tested in the entire hospital. Students who have tested positive for corona are being treated.
