Vijay Shekhar Sharma, the company's founder, will sell some of his stake in Paytm IPO. Current Paytm investors SoftBank, Alibaba, Ant Financial Group and SAIF will also reduce their stakes. While Ratan Tata's personal investment fund can sell all its stakes in it.
