Denies drug use: Ananya Pandey admits chatting with Aryan over cigarettes

Mumbai: For the second day in a row, the NCB today questioned Ananya Pandey for four hours over the Mumbai Crude Drugs Party case. Also yesterday, the NCB questioned Ananya Pandey for two hours. Ananya was questioned for four hours by NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede's team today in connection with a cruise drugs case involving Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan.

The next day, Ananya reached the NCB office with her father Chunky Pade at 2 pm. Ananya's name has come out in the drug chat found with Aryan. In some cases, marijuana and drug peddlers were also questioned.

In the interrogation, Ananya said that he had never used drugs. He also clarified that the alleged chat about Weed was actually about bringing cigarettes. However, he also said that the chat is not exactly remembered now as it is many years old. He also said he did not know any peddlers.

According to the report, Ananya's chat with Aryan in 2018-19 is considered very important in the NCB's inquiry. In the chat, Arya is also said to have given Anna the number of a drug peddler. The NCB has also seized two of Ananya's phones. Even today, after Thursday's interrogation, Ananya looked terrified.

He was also confused during today's interrogation and said that he did not remember some things correctly. Ananyo further told NCB that she was studying with Aryan at school. Aryan's sister Suhana is also his good sister so we are family friends. We meet friends often.
