The power-off connection of the family who refused the vaccine was cut off

Bhopal: A unique incident took place in Badwani, Madhya Pradesh on Friday during the vaccination campaign. Wahid Khan and three members of his family live in Pooja State Colony here. When they did not get vaccinated, the electricity and tap connection of their house was cut off and the Aadhaar card was confiscated. He alleged that a team came to our house on Friday morning to vaccinate the SDM, CMO. We got the vaccination information from the team. We told him that we had not yet taken the corona vaccine because of the allergy treatment. Even so, they told us to get vaccinated.

We told them we would be vaccinated on the 9th. Even so, they forced us to get vaccinated. Due to the refusal, the electricity and tap connection of our house was cut off and the Aadhaar card and ration card were confiscated.

"People are being urged to get vaccinated and rice is also being given," said SDM Ghanshyam Dhangar. This is having a very positive effect. People are moving forward and participating in it. Sometimes it happened that people were reluctant to get vaccinated. Our team may have shown excessive rigidity somewhere. We will investigate if anything like this has happened. If the tap connection is disconnected it will be connected immediately.

The media had raised eyebrows over the incident and the tap and electrical connection of Wahida's house were restored. But there are many questions about the way this happened.
