Taliban oust Afghan cricket chief, hand over command to Nasibullah Haqqani

The Taliban have been completely arbitrary since the formation of the government in Afghanistan. Now the Taliban has removed the chief executive director of the Afghanistan Cricket Board. The arch has been handed over to a member affiliated with its new Taliban. Until now, Hamik Shinwari was the acting director of the Afghan Cricket Board. He announced in his Facebook post that he had been ousted from the Taliban.

The official Facebook page of the Afghanistan Cricket Board has also announced that Nasibullah Haqqani will be the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). According to reports, Hamik Shinwari has removed Anas Haqqani, the younger brother of the new Taliban Home Minister Sirajuddin Haqqani. Hamid Shinwari writes that the reason for his removal has not been stated. He simply said that Nasibullah Haqqani would replace him as the acting director of the Afghan Cricket Board.

It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post

Who is the new Chief of Afghan Cricket Board Nasibullah Haqqani? Is he a relative of Sirajuddin Haqqani? This is not clear right now. Sirajuddin Haqqani is on the FBI's wanted list. The FBI was looking into some of the biggest attacks in Kabul in the last 20 years.

The Taliban's decision to take control of the game is also being opposed internationally. The Australian Cricket Board canceled a match with the Afghan team last week. The Afghans have spoken out against the women in the game. Against which the Australian Cricket Board did so.

The Taliban cabinet is full of terrorists

The Taliban have formed an interim government after occupying Afghanistan. That includes some of the most wanted terrorists. In which the Home Minister is the head of the terrorist network. The defense minister's father openly founded the Taliban. Acting PM Mohammad Hassan Akhund himself is on the UNSC's list of terrorists.
