Mumbai: Actress Shilpa Shetty's businessman husband Rajkundra, who was arrested in a controversial porn film-making case, was today granted bail by a court. Raj Kundra, who has been lodged in jail for two months, has been granted bail on a handcuff of Rs 50,000.

The actress was accused of having a bold scene under the pretext of auditioning. Raj Kundra again applied for bail after the police filed a supplementary chargesheet. Claiming that there was no evidence against him in the Puraj chargesheet, Kundra had applied for bail. The court finally granted Kundra bail today. Thus now Kundra and Shilpa Shetty have breathed a sigh of relief.

The actress, model was auditioned under the pretext of working in webseries and films. He used to shoot seminars and news scenes in the name of bold scenes. This was opposed by some actresses. Websites and mobile apps were sold by making short video clips, short films.

The racket was uncovered when police raided a bungalow in Madh, Malad. Police got important information in the case from Rajkundra's WhatsApp chat. It was learned from the chat that Kundra was earning millions of rupees every day from pornographic films. In addition to Kundra, the company's IT head Ryan Thorpe and others were arrested in the case.
