According to sources in the case, the investigating agency last month granted the court 30 days, seeking more time to complete the court process. The agency filed the chargesheet today, just two days before the deadline.

The whole affair relates to the explosives found in a car near Antilia, the residence of renowned businessman Mukesh Ambani in South Mumbai on February 25 this year. The case is also linked to the murder of Mansukh Hiran, a Thane businessman. Mansukh Hiran's body was found in a creek near Thane.

A Scorpio car was found abandoned on February 25 near Antilia, the residence of the country's top businessman Mukesh Ambani. Police seized 20 sticks of gelatin from the car.

The entire case was investigated by API Sachin Waze, who is on duty at the Mumbai Police Crime Branch. However the investigation of this whole chapter was later handed over to the NIA. Meanwhile, on March 5, the body of Scorpio owner Mansukh Hiran was found in a creek near Thane.

The Maharashtra ATSA had registered a case of murder in this regard. Meanwhile, Mumbai Crime Branch API Sachin Waze was arrested on March 13.
