Five crore not given tickets, order of complaint against Tejaswi-Misa

Patna: A CJM court in Patna has ordered to file a complaint against six people, including RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav and Misa Bharti, on charges of not giving tickets for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections for money.

Among those asked to lodge a complaint are Bihar Congress state president Madan Mohan, Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathore and Subhanand Mukesh, son of the late Sadanand Singh. They are accused of taking Rs 5 crore from Congress leader and lawyer Sanjeev Kumar Singh in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. And promised to give Bhagalpur Lok Sabha ticket.

Sanjeev Kumar Singh had filed a complaint in the CJM court in Patna on August 18 in the entire case. Sanjeev Kumar Singh alleged that he had promised to issue tickets from Bhagalpur on January 15, 2019. But he gave Rs 5 crore to RJD leaders Tejaswi Yadav and Misa Bharti, Congress state president Madan Mohan Jha, son of late leader Sadanand Singh and Congress spokesperson Rajesh Rathore but did not give tickets.
