So farmer leader Rakesh Tikait said that if we were stopped, we would continue to break down the barricades.

Rakesh Tikait said that a large number of farmers would be present in this mahapanchayat. "Efforts are being made to stop the farmers in the Mahapanchayat but we will not allow the government to succeed in that," Tikait said. We will break down the barricades if any farmers are stopped. This Mahapanchayat is going to be held in Muzaffarnagar which is being led by Kisan Morcha.

The Kisan Morcha is currently leading the farmers' movement in Delhi. It is estimated that 2000 farmers from Punjab are likely to come to this mahapanchayat. 400-500 farmers have also left the Delhi border for this Mahapanchayat. Two buses have already left Muzaffarnagar from Dharna Sruthal. About 500 buses have been hired to transport the farmers to Muzaffarnagar.
