Farmers go to Delhi or Haryana to agitate: Amarinder Singh

CM's advice to farmers before Punjab elections

Claiming that Punjab has suffered a lot due to the nine-month-long agitation

Amritsar: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, who has been supporting the farmers' agitation, has now advised farmers that the state is suffering as the agitation is intensifying in Punjab itself.

Amarinder Singh has told the farmers that if they want to agitate, they should now go to Haryana or Delhi. Speaking at a function in Hothiarpur on Monday, Capt Amarinder Singh said that if farmers have to agitate, they should go to Haryana to visit Punjab.

He claimed that the state was suffering a lot due to the agitation. If there is to be more demonstration or agitation now, then one should go to Delhi or Haryana. It may be noted that farmers have been protesting against the central government's agricultural law for the last nine months and its greatest impact is being felt in Punjab.
