4,8 new cases of corona in India, 4 more deaths

In the last three hours, 4.5 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 4,50,8,615. According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the national recovery rate has come down to 7.5 per cent.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 2,31,411 so far, with six more people dying from the corona in the last three hours. The number of active cases has come down to 2,31,9. Which is 1.18% of the total cases. In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases has come down to 1908.

In the last 3 hours, a total of 12,3,8 tests were conducted in the country. At the same time, the total number of corona tests in the country so far has increased to 2,6,8,08. The daily positive rate has been 8.13%. While the weekly positive rate has been 7.5 percent. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days.

In the last 3 hours, 4 people have died due to corona. Out of which 16 deaths have occurred in Kerala and 3 deaths in Maharashtra. So far, a total of 2,81,311 people have died in the country due to corona. Out of which, the highest number of deaths is 1,4,6 in Maharashtra. The number of doses of corona vaccine given in the country has reached 206 million.

Meanwhile, the Union Health Ministry said that so far, 20.21 crore doses of corona vaccine have been given to states. Eight lakh doses will be given to the states soon.
