2.3 new corona cases in India, 20 more deaths

In the last three hours, 4.5 new cases of corona have been reported in India. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 2,31,8,6. According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the national recovery rate has come down to 7.5 per cent.

However, the death toll from the corona has risen to 30,008 so far, with more than 50 people killed in the last four hours. The number of active cases has come down to 2,50,8. Which is 1.18% of the total cases. In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases has decreased by 3 cases.

In the last three hours, a total of 12,8,611 tests were conducted in the country. At the same time, the total number of corona tests in the country so far has increased to 2,6,06,8. The daily positive rate has been 1.6 per cent. While the weekly positive rate has been 4.31 percent. Which has been below three per cent for the last three days.

In the last three hours, 40 people have died due to corona. Out of which 16 deaths have occurred in Kerala and 3 deaths in Maharashtra. So far, a total of 2,8,008 people have died in the country due to corona. Out of which, the highest number of 1,3,018 deaths has occurred in Maharashtra.

The Punjab government, meanwhile, has said that if state government employees do not take a single dose of the corona vaccine, they will be on leave after September 15.
