In the wake of this, the entire minority of Pakistan in Karachi staged massive protests against the atrocities against them. Slogans of Jai Shri Ram and Harhar Mahadev were loudly chanted in Karachi during the protest.

A large-scale protest outside a press club in Karachi on Sunday involved members of Pakistan's minority community. Apart from Hindus, Sikhs, Parsis and Christians also joined it.

They chanted slogans of Har Har Mahadev and Jai Shriram and also hoisted saffron flags and banners of We Want Justice. Ramnath Mishra Maharaj, the chief priest of the famous ancient Hanuman temple in Karachi, also joined the protest.

He condemned the temple being vandalized by thugs. "Those who insult our religion should be punished with death or life imprisonment," he said. In the same way those who harm our religion should be punished. Terror against Hindus has increased in Pakistan at present.

Ramnath Mishra Maharaj said that our Hindu religion is being defamed. Books taught in schools in Pakistan also routinely poison Hindus and other religions. If this kind of study is done then animosity has to be spread. They demanded that the government take action against such incidents.
