The number of active cases of corona in the country has come down to a low of 2,3,41,150 days.

In the last three hours, 4.5 new cases of corona were reported in the country. At the same time, the total number of corona cases in the country has increased to 2,50,8,611. On the other hand, the number of active cases has come down to 2,8,31. This is the lowest number of active cases in the last 150 days, the Union Health Ministry said in a statement.

The total death toll from corona in the country has risen to 4,6,13 in the last three hours, with eight more people dying from corona. The number of active cases has come down to 1.31 per cent of the total cases, which is the lowest in the last 150 days.

In the last 3 hours, the number of active cases has come down to 216. In the last 3 hours, 12,3,8 tests of Corona were done. At the same time, a total of 4,50,8,308 tests of Corona have been done in the country so far.

The daily positive rate is 6.15%. The daily positive rate has been less than three per cent for the last 15 days. On the other hand, the number of vaccines given under the nationwide vaccination campaign has crossed 52 crore. Of the nine deaths in the last four hours, 14 were in Kerala and 13 in Maharashtra.

Corona has so far killed 2,3,12 people across the country. Out of which 1,2,601 deaths have occurred in Maharashtra. 4.5 deaths have occurred in Karnataka. The death toll in Tamil Nadu was 7.5, in Delhi 2,09, in Uttar Pradesh 3.4, in West Bengal 12.5 and in Kerala 12,008.
