New Delhi: From the Red Fort, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his August 15 speech outlined the country's roadmap for the next five years. In his 50-minute speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the government's performance, recalling the steps taken towards OBC reservation. In which the states were empowered to prepare a list of OBCs.
