Shiv Sena spokesperson Saamana criticized the incident in a different way while the incident of gangrape and atrocities in Hathras was being criticized. Saamna's editorial said that the same kind of atrocities against Hindu girls in Pakistan have now become commonplace. In Uttar Pradesh, incidents of gangrape and murder of Hindu girls were on the rise, which is a matter of concern.

Without naming Kangana, Saamna wrote that an actress is protected but a daughter who is gangraped and tortured is secretly burnt at midnight. There is a scuffle with Rahul Gandhi. This is how freedom it is.

Saamna further wrote that when the illegal construction done by an actress in Mumbai was demolished, there was an outcry for justice and atrocities against women. Those who shouted are now cold-blooded over the issue of the immoral burning of Hathras' daughter. There was no movement for this Dalit girl because she was not a star.

Breaking down on the yogi government, Saamna wrote that all this happened in the yogi's 'Ram Rajya' i.e. Uttar Pradesh. This often happens in Pakistan. A Hindu girl is separated from her family and tortured. After raping and killing her, she is thrown away. The same thing happened in Hathras. But so far no one has dared to call Uttar Pradesh Pakistan.
