Kabul, Ta. 20

Extreme levels of unrest have erupted in Afghanistan since the Taliban seized power. There is a big difference between the words and deeds of the Taliban. On the one hand, the Taliban say no one is at risk. He, on the other hand, ransacked Indian embassies in Kandahar and Herat and took away ambassadors' cars.

The Taliban stormed Indian embassies in Kandahar and Herat on Wednesday and searched documents there, government sources said on Friday. He also carried out heavy vandalism at both embassies. They also took the car of the Indian ambassador parked outside the embassy. However, information on the situation in the Indian missions in Jalalabad and Kabul could not be obtained.

The situation comes at a time when the Taliban said a few days ago that it did not want India to vacate the Kabul embassy. According to sources, immediately after the capture of Kabul, the Taliban sent a message to India not to close embassies and to befriend them. He also assured that they would not target embassies and would not pose any threat to foreign ambassadors.
