In India, the daily cases of corona have risen to 20,150, with six more deaths

Amid fears of a third wave of corona in India, the daily case has seen a rise and fall in a few days. The number of daily cases in the country rose to 20,120 on Friday, while four more died. With this, the total number of cases of corona crossed 4.81 crore and the death toll was 2.50 lakh. The recovery rate of the corona in the country was 4.5, which is the highest ever.

According to the health ministry, the number of active cases in Corona dropped to 2,3,8, which was 1.50 per cent of the total cases. This is the lowest percentage of corona cases since March 2020. In the last three hours, the number of active cases of corona has dropped by 2.50. More than 2.12 crore patients have been cured in the country so far while the death rate has been recorded at 1.6 per cent. The daily positivity rate has gone up to 2.08 per cent. The positivity rate has been below 5% for the last 15 days. The weekly positivity rate is 8.13%.

Meanwhile, a total of 20 million doses of corona vaccine have been given in the country under the nationwide vaccination campaign. More than 2.31 lakh doses were given in a single day on Friday. The health ministry said that five states like Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh have given a total of more than one crore doses in the age group of 18-3 years. In the 210 days of the corona vaccination campaign in the country, 2,31,8 doses have been given. In the country, the first dose has been given to 2,8,3 beneficiaries and the second dose has been given to 14,8,8 beneficiaries.
