Diesel prices fell for the third day in a row

International crude oil prices fell 24 cents to 66 66.69

New Delhi: Diesel prices were reduced for the third day in a row today, while petrol prices remained unchanged. The price of a liter of diesel was reduced by 20 paise in Delhi today. Today, the price of a liter of diesel in Delhi has come down to Rs 89.27. While petrol price is stable at 101.84.

According to Indian Oil's website, the price of a liter of diesel in Mumbai has come down to Rs 96.84. The price of a liter of petrol was Rs 107.83.

Diesel prices have been reduced for the third day in a row in August. While there has been no change in the price of petrol. In July, petrol prices were increased nine times while diesel prices were increased five times and reduced once.

Earlier, petrol and diesel prices were hiked 16-16 times in June and May. Petrol price has been hiked by Rs 11.44 per liter and diesel by Rs 8.54 per liter since May 4.

As the VAT on petrol and diesel varies from state to state, the price of petrol and diesel varies from state to state. International crude fell 24 cents to 66 66.69. Crude prices fell 2.6 percent on Thursday.
