A total of 63 crore doses of the vaccine were given with 65 lakh in one day

For the fourth day in a row, night curfew has been imposed in Kerala with more than 30,000 cases coming daily, lockdown in districts

New Delhi: The daily corona cases in India are on the rise again. For the third day in a row, Corona's daily cases have been close to 45,000. In the last 24 hours, 46759 new cases have been reported while another 509 people have died. At the same time, the number of active cases has gone up to 3.59 lakh. Which is 1.10 per cent of the total cases. This percentage was only one a week ago.

Currently, the worst situation is in Kerala, where the Center had advised Kerala and Maharashtra to re-impose night curfew. The Kerala government is going to implement it. In Kerala, night curfew will be enforced from next week from 10 pm to 6 am. Lockdown will be applied where the weekly transition is seven percent.

For the fourth day in a row, more than 30,000 new cases of corona were reported in Kerala. Since July 27, the state government has eased lockdowns and curfews in view of the two festivals, so cases are on the rise.

On the other hand, to prevent a situation like Kerala from happening in other states, the central government has now directed the states to take steps to prevent large crowds from gathering during the upcoming festivals.

The Center has said that the situation is more worrying, especially in districts where there are more active cases. Meanwhile the vaccination campaign is being expedited. So far, 63 crore doses of vaccine have been given across the country. While 65 lakh doses of the vaccine were given by 7 pm on Sunday.
