Use of pressure fuse bombs in Jammu airbase attack

The 'pressure fuse' bomb was used in a drone attack on an Indian Air Force base in Jammu. In the first such drone strike in India, there are indications that the Pakistani military or Pakistan's spy agency ISI may have helped the militant group Lashkar-e-Toiba establish an IID, security sources said. He added that an IED planted on the roof of an air force building at Jammu airport used one kg of RDX and some other chemical cocktails while a ground bomb used more than one kg of RDX and some ball bearings.

Sources said that in the IED attack on the Air Force station on June 9, the technical experts of the Pakistan Army have definitely helped the terrorist groups. Pressure fuses are used by the Pakistan Army. The pressure fuse technique is commonly used in IEDs laid by the Air Force in tunnels, anti-tank mines and fuselages between explosives and main detonators.
