Kundra is said to have invested the money he got from the porn film. Raj Kundra has been remanded in police custody till July 27 in connection with the case.

It is learned that the ED will also be involved in the investigation of the case. An FIR in the case may be sought from the Mumbai Police. ED officials may send summons to Kundra, according to FEMA. It is learned that the ED will investigate the financial transactions made in Bhakat and abroad. The company's manager and Shilpa Shetty may also be questioned.

Police investigated Kundra's bank account. It was then found out that he had done it in online betting. It is suspected that he was used in betting by earning money from porn movies. Some data was deleted after his arrest. Police are trying to recover the data. Meanwhile, Shilpa Shetty has no information about the porn app or porn film and said her husband was innocent.

Last February, police raided a bungalow in Malad's Madh complex and found a carat of making a pornographic film. It was later learned that Raj Kundra was involved in the crime. It was learned from his WhatsApp chat that Kundra was earning millions of rupees every day from pornographic films.
