In it, the Supreme Court has now sternly told the central government that in any case, financial assistance must be given to the family of those who died from corona. The central government can decide how much assistance to provide.

The court directed the National Disaster Management Authority to come up with a system through which the families of the victims could be given at least as much financial assistance as possible. The Supreme Court ordered the central government to issue a separate death certificate for those who died from corona. Those who have been given a general certificate but the cause of death is Corona, such certificate should be amended.

The Supreme Court also slammed the National Disaster Management during the hearing. And said you have failed in your duty.

There have been various petitions in the Supreme Court seeking financial assistance to the family of the deceased from Corona.

The applicants have demanded Rs 4 lakh assistance to each family. Earlier, the Center had told the court that it did not have the money to provide Rs 4 lakh to the victims' families. While our priority is to save the people from the current epidemic. The apex court has asked the central government to provide financial assistance to the families of those killed by the corona.

Even if you can't give four lakh rupees, you have to do whatever help you can. An insurance plan should be introduced for workers who are involved in the funeral of corona patients.
