39 thousand new cases of corona in 24 hours, 546 deaths

Active case four lakh with an increase of three thousand

A total of 420 million doses of corona vaccine were given across the country in a single day

New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 39,000 new cases of corona virus have been reported in India. A further 546 people were killed. As a result, the total death toll rose to 4.20 lakh. On the other hand, the number of active cases in the country has reached 4 lakh.

The number of active cases has increased by 3464 in the last one day. On the other hand, 16.31 lakh tests for corona virus were done in 24 hours. So the total number of tests has increased to over 45 crores.

The health ministry said 430 million doses of corona vaccine have been given across the country so far. On Saturday alone, 4.6 million doses of the vaccine were given. While the central government said that the states still have 2.98 crore doses of vaccine available. The weekly positivity rate reached 2.22 percent.
