The chargesheet, filed by the Encounter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) branch of the police, said the investigation revealed that the accused was seeking directions and advice from Pakistan-based separatists and terrorist leaders and had sent several instructions and information related to the promotion of terrorism and separatism.

An indictment filed in a Srinagar court earlier this month said Parra had provided information to Pakistan-based separatists and terrorists through several e-mail IDs, three of which were leaked to police.
