JERUSALEM: Clashes between Israel and Palestine have resumed after a ceasefire. Air strikes on the Gaza Strip resumed on Wednesday, shortly after the new government was formed in Israel. This is the first attack by Israel since the ceasefire. The airstrikes were carried out by Israel targeting sites used by Hamas extremists. Hamas, on the other hand, is reportedly preparing to retaliate.

It was claimed by the Israeli military that a meeting was held by Hamas terrorists in the areas we attacked and that they were plotting an attack on Israel there. In Israel, on the other hand, many gathered in Jerusalem with the Death to the Arabs slogan. And the leaders were shouting these slogans in public, leading to fears of violence among Arabs and locals living in Israel being expressed by officials. Violence erupted in Israel last month when the 11-day war between Israel and Palestine erupted.

Netanyahu's government was in place during the previous war between Israel and Palestine, although the opposition has taken power from them and formed a new government. So this will be a new challenge for the new government. Thousands of young people, mostly Jews, gathered near the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem, carrying the Israeli flag and singing religious songs. During which the slogans of Death to Arab were also shouted. However, Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid objected to such rhetoric, saying that those who chanted such religious and provincial slogans were defaming Israel.

Earlier last month, when more than 50 Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes during the war between Israel and Palestine, as many as 17 Israelis were killed. Many homes were destroyed in the attacks on the Gaza Strip. However, now again Israel has been manipulated and Hamas extremists active in Gaza have been disbanded. This is likely to lead to a resumption of hostilities between the two countries. However, there has been no retaliatory attack by Hamas.
