Three militants killed in encounter in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir

Three militants were killed in an encounter in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir. One terrorist was arrested. A Pakistani militant trying to enter India from the international border was shot dead by BSF personnel.
An official statement from the BSF said that India-Pakistan. A Pakistani infiltrator was shot dead in the Samba sector on the international border. The intruder was on the verge of infiltrating India. He was infiltrating India despite BSF personnel on patrol urging him to stop. He was then shot. The BSF was instructed to remain on high alert in the Samba sector after the incident. Earlier, Pakistan had also fired in the Samba sector.
Meanwhile, three militants belonging to Al-Badr militant group were shot dead by security forces in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir. One terrorist had surrendered. A police spokesman said there were reports of militants hiding in Shopian. The security forces then conducted a search operation in the entire area.
The firing took place during the search operation. After that, the jawans also returned fire. Detecting the presence of the militants, the security forces gave him the option to surrender, but the militants kept firing. The jawans then shot dead three militants. A fourth militant surrendered after three militants were shot dead.
