PM's high-level meeting on Corona's condition, says - Arrange to deliver oxygen to villages

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a high-level meeting on the status of the corona virus in the country. In which he reviewed the status of corona virus in the country and talked about going from house to house to test for corona. The Prime Minister said that health facilities in the villages should be enhanced and the fight against Corona should be intensified along with Asha activists.

The Prime Minister said that the supply of oxygen to the villages should be facilitated. According to the Prime Minister's Office, Narendra Modi has pointed out that corona tests need to be increased in areas where the spread of corona virus is high. There is a need for time to adopt a strategy against Corona at the local level.

Within this meeting he said that health personnel should be trained for the use of ventilators and other necessary equipment. About 5 million samples were tested every week in early March. At present, about 13 million samples are being tested every week. Despite the increase in corona cases, every state should be encouraged to bring corona cases in a transparent manner.

The meeting was attended by senior officials of different ministries. Apart from this, Home Minister Amit Shah, Health Minister and ICMR officials were also present. The second wave of Corona virus has now spread to the villages as well. News of Corona's dire situation is coming to villages across the country. Then the spread of corona in the villages was the main issue at today’s Prime Minister’s meeting.
