Milkha Singh, also known as 'Flying Sikh', is also infected with corona

Athlete Milkha Singh, popularly known as the Flying Sikh, has also been infected with corona, raising concerns among her fans and family.

Milkha Singh celebrated his 91st birthday last year. He had a fever of 101 degrees last night. After testing, he was found to have corona. He is currently quarantined at home. Milkha Singh and other members of his family have also been tested. Two of his servants were also found to be infected. However, the report of his wife and grandson has been negative.

Earlier on Thursday, veteran playwright Gurucharan Singh Channi died in Chandigarh from corona. He had been involved in drama for the last 40 years.

Milkha Singh also lives in Chandigarh, where corona cases are now declining. Corona cases have dropped by 50 per cent in the last 10 days. In 24 hours, 414 cases have been reported.

It is to be mentioned that a film was also made in Bollywood on Milkha Singh, who has done well at the international level for India, in which Farhan Akhtar played the role of Milkha Singh brilliantly.
