The form and sadhana of Hatha Yoga by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and the mystery book of Baba Ramdev's Yoga Sadhana and Yoga Chikitsa will now introduce yoga to the students of philosophy. Literature by Urdu lyricists Kunwar Bechen and Shire Bashir Badr can be read in Hindi.
BSc students will now be taught about scientists like Aryabhata in their first year. The new curriculum has been approved at a meeting of the Board of Studies held for the National Education Policy Session 2021-22.
BA includes 7 writers from Western UP in Urdu
The Hindi textbook contains songs and ghazals of 7 writers from Western UP. The BA Urdu course will also start from the new semester on campus. The new BA Urdu syllabus will feature compositions by lyricist Kunwar Bechen, Shire Ismail Merathi, Shire Bashir Badr, Sahityakar Vishnu Prabhakar and Sudama Pandey 'Dhoomil'.
