"I am a poor person and my name as a director of the company was misrepresented. I was a watchman in the company," petitioner SK Mamutaz told the court.

He had challenged the Orissa High Court's bail plea in the apex court. After hearing his arguments, the apex court has now lifted the condition and ordered his release on bail.
